IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT of The Vietnamese Constitutional Monarchist League PROTESTING The Vietnamese Communist Party's Action Of selling out the Fatherland to the Foreign Countries Back to the foundation history of the Vietnamese Communist Party, from the day the Communist Vietnamese used the blood-thirsty political measures and power to establish the Communist Regime over the People of Vietnam, they never ceased to do plenty of harmful actions towards the People and the Country. During the recent years, the Vietnamese People inside the homeland continued to angrily condemn the Vietnamese Communist Leaders' action of selling out the Fatherland to their foreign country-masters. To ensure the survival of the Communist Party, the Communist Leaders betrayed the people of Vietnam by secretly signing the "Agreement on the Boundary" with China. This kind of agreement handed over the country land on a silver platter to the foreigners. As you know, the Communist Vietnamese dared to do any-thing, even selling out the Fatherland to their country-masters in order to protect their position, wealth and power. Before stepping down, the secretary-general Le Kha Phieu of the Vietnamese Communist Party did not hesitate to sign the secret agreement so-called "Agreement on the Boundary" on December 30th, 1999 with China to bestow hundreds of square kilometers land of the country to China. The "so-called Agreement on the China Sea" with China on December 25th, 2000. According to the first agreement, Vietnam lost Ai Nam Quan (Nam Quan Gate) up to Lang Son Province and many Provinces along the Vietnam-China Boundary. Therefore, Vietnam nowadays is no more stretched out from "the Nam Quan Gate to Ca Mau final Province of the country" because the Nam Quan Gate is now located deep inside China. Relating to the second Agreement, in the past, French Colonists replaced Vietnam to sign "Agreement on the China Sea" according to the scale 62/38 (Vietnam occupied 62%, China occupied 38%), but at the present time, under the leadership of the Vietnamese Communist Party, Le Kha Phieu agreed the scale 54/46 (China occupied 54%, Vietnam only occupied 46%). This meant that Vietnam does now no longer possess the ownership on the Islands of Paracels (Hoang Sa) and Spratleys (Tay Sa). Back to 43 years ago, on September 4th, 1958 the Government of the People Republic of China announced the China Sea occupied 12 miles i.e. including the Islands of Paracels and Spratleys. Ten days later, on September 14th, 1958 former Prime-Minister Pham Van Dong of the Government of Democratic Republic of Vietnam (Vietnamese Communist Government) hurried to respond and completely agree with this announcement. Therefore the Communist Chinese Navy Forces attacked and invaded Hoang Sa on January 1974 and many Small Islands in Spratleys on March 1988. However, at that time, in 1974, the heroic Army of the Republic of Vietnam (South Vietnam) strongly and vigorously resisted and bravely fought the Chinese invaders. But in 1988, Hanoi Government took no action and kept silent towards the Chinese invasion. Former Prime-Minister Pham Van Dong's action of selling the Fatherland opened doors for the succeeded Leaders of the Vietnamese Communist Party. We, the descendants of our Ancestors who shed out blood and sacrificed their lives to build and protect the Fatherland through generations from the First beginning of the Country Foundation, strongly and angrily unanimously protest the Vietnamese Communist Leaders' action of selling out the Sacred Land to the foreigners. We would like to earnestly call the attention and public opinions of the Free World to be of assistance to the People of Vietnam in the pursuit of regaining the Fatherland. We thank in advance the generosity and justice of the Free World; especially the great powers around the Globe.
